The company covers an area of 100,000 m², is equipped with the USA molding line:  Hunter horizontal parting automatic molding DISA, as well as the Taiwan static pressure molding line, molding machine, resin sand production line. It has complete equipment, such as spectrum, metallographic, defects detection, horizontal machining center, vertical machining center, CNC vertical lathe, CNC machine tools, boring and milling machines, three coordinate measuring tools, which formed a whole production line including melting, sand conditioning, molding, cleaning, machining spraying, painting and inspection (CMM). The products are applied into automobile, high railway, pump valve and air condition, compressor cylinder, general mechanical parts and agricultural machinery and so on. Owning independent right of exporting, we have built a long-term and stable business relationship with world-famous companies, and we can produce the products of 15,000 tons/year.
